the CAI - Renu International Joint Venture
from Crisis Response to Lasting Renewal
The COVID lockdowns ruined lives and pushed millions of people into the streets. There were more homeless after COVID per capita than there were during the Great Depression (1929-1939).
Through many years of helping build lives, and supporting communities, Renu identified FIVE Pillars of a good community. By supporting these same pillars during the midst of the Covid Crisis the Crisis Assistance Initiative was born.
The CAI is striving to build financing and community support for our 'Village' Concept which provides a pathway to build more sustainable communities capable of providing a tapestry of individuals, families and businesses with the green, organic, supportive infrastructure needed to produce a paradigm shift in the way we use and distribute our global resources.
Our 'Village' concept relies on the old adage 'it takes a village to raise a child and expands it to 'raise a child and lift the world out of poverty'. Our FIVE Pillars are the focus of our efforts to build an alliance of like minded supporters in synergistic coalition. These pillars are:

Green Shelter -Tiny, Containers, Panelized, CUBITS, and supportive live, work, walk, learn villages

Sustainable Energy (Wind, Solar, Hydrogen, Algea, etc.)

Services
CAI working in a Joint Venture with the Renu Foundation, strives to promote the CAI-Renu SOLUTION around the globe. Our systme promotes a triple bottom net approach providing Truly Sustainable Social, Environmental and Financially Sustainable methodologies. Our 'deployment' model relies on multiple disruptive technologies, manufacturing capabilities, green energy sources, water production technology's, food production, internet and data support, tele-medicine, tele-education and training via the Renu-VCA Adaptive Learning System which relies on Avatar's capable of speaking in any language to groups around the world. Our support systems are assembled here in the U.S. and shipped globally in shipping containers just as we have used for decades to build offices, homes, and support services and operations for our other Renu building and social programs.
