BACKGROUND: The canvas for Woodside's Utah Village Development is comprised of a minimum 700 picturesque acres overlooking the Utah mountains and the Price River. The initial development will rely on a minimum development requirement in Emory County allowing for the development of

up to Five Subdivision lots with a 2 acre minimum. Subsequently, the township will be re-established and the Development Team will control the initial governing bodies: including planning; zoning and building inspection and security.

Our four prong attack will include a. the monthly distribution of cash provided by our Capital Partnership Program b. the development of 5 initial lots comprising 20-up to 100 acres each. c. an initial commercial development capable of providing jobs, interest and sales and marketing initiatives and finally d. the comprehensive development of a sustainable commercial, residential, agricultural, educational, artistic and technological 'Village' environment which creates a sustainable culture rich in nature, vistas, resources and community diversity.

In a juxtaposition emotion evoking development combing a ghost town with the current Technical age Woodside's Utah Village will blend old and new, young and old, rich and poor in a live-work-walk-entertain-learn-and grow community.
